Shipping + Policies

We currently only sell to the trade and ship within the US.  Please contact us at [email protected] if you have a special shipping request. 

We ship via USPS priority mail and will forward a tracking number to e-mail provided during order placement. Signature is required for delivery.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are handwoven by skilled artisans. Variations in weave and dyeing are inherent and add to the beauty of the products. 

We make every effort to ensure the color accuracy of products displayed on our website. However colors are dependent on monitors and we cannot guarantee color integrity on all monitors. 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, it must be sent within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any item returned must be unworn and in the same condition it was received and with all the original packaging and proof of purchase.  We will notify via email upon receipt of the return and will also advise via email the approval or rejection of the refund.  Return shipments must require signature for delivery. Shipping fees of returns are customer's responsibility.
